Saw a few episodes before and didn't think much of it. Sounds like crazy money to me, but can only say well done to him for getting so much...

the show is funny but the money aint funny

i have sen some shows in the uk (on ch5).

i like it to be honest.

i prefer it to friends.

its a sort of show that you can ewatch a few times.

its not as good as cheers or freaizer which i think is sytill the best shows ever, which i can watch over and over.

the other show i have seen that i think is great is that 'curb your enthousasm' which is great.

also i love spunge bob.

also were they not getting a million each or somthing for friends.

when you think like that 2 million is still cheap as there is only 1 of him.

its one of those shows that sells in many countries.

I'm not a sit com person or much of a tv person, but I watch two and half men and it cracks me up... I don't know why only he would make that much though, take anyone out of that show and it would fall apart.

It's currently my favorite show, pretty much every episode is hilarious and Charlie plays his role perfectly. He's well worth the money !!

Acting is one of the most competitive areas I can imagine

There's a reason why even the most talented or renowned actors of the 20th century barely got a halfway decent role before turning 30, and they were working real hard for years to get their chance

Al Pacino, Robert Redford, Robert De Niro, Jack Nicholson, Dustin Hoffman, Gene Hackman (who received terrible reviews at the beggining of his acting school times) to name a few from the top of my head

and people say there is no money in porn

i love his show :)

I suppose it has some funny moments but it just seems so blah

charlie - womanizer guy with funny lines
ducky - geeky straight man to throw lines off
kid - hears things he shouldn't = funny

every episode is like this..

I must admit it's a great show... I haven't watched much TV in the past 6 or so years... but it's one of the few I look forward to when I see that it's on... or if a friend is watching it

I've been thinking about this lately and a sense of humor is a highly subjective thing

So there's no objective judgment possible

like I enjoy the IT Crowd for example, although it's a total sillyness

I enjoy "Yes Prime Minister" cause I used to be interested in politics, I know maybe two people on the planet who enjoy that too

I have fun watching Lynch Movies, most people are scared shitless

The writers deserve the raise, not Charlie.

The kid even makes like 200K an episode.

That is crazy money, but I think it's actually a pretty funny show. It IS the sort of show you can watch a few times, the humor is pretty racey - which of course I like! Ha ha!

And he gets paid for being himself.
