Its OK for running small exe files in that might be nasty but I've never bothered with the whole running a browser in it thing.

another layer of protection doesn't hurt. :) the only issue with sandboxie is if you're using Win 64bit as stated on their website...

I use Comodo Internet Security, it have a built-in sandbox... I even sandboxed web browsers and it doesn't affect the browser/speed performance and supports Win64bit too...
