i never could understand Art theft... 618 million dollars to whom? They can't sell it at an auction or they would be found out and arrested, you can't buy it on the black market because if you have any art lovers to impress with your 'stolen picasso' they would probably know that its stolen and you will probably be arrested. So what do they do with it exactly? hang it up on the wood paneling of their basements?
