If I could change the California Lotter, I would...

Make the odds of winning easier so more people get a chance to win.

One person just won 266 Million. I would rather see 532 people win 500k so you know there is a better chance of winning.

This can help keep money moving in this economy.

Thoughts?

IMO I wouldnt play if I knew the odds were I was going to share my multi-millons with others.

Although the odds of winning are like 1:100000000000000000000000000000 ill take that $10 gamble

Yeah but then you lose that fantasy of "I will be super wealthy" What the fuck can you do with 500k? Nobody wants to think in their head, ohh if I win I will get a new car, pay off my mortgage and go on a week long vacation in my time off from work, yay i won big in the lottery!

266 million might be too much, but 500k is not enough. Make it 50 million and now you're talking.

Not worth my time unless it's over $100 million.

If the lottery actually had to pay out $500,000 to 500 people all at once they would go broke. Winnings are often spread out over many years.

Then break it down like this, instead of one person winning 266 million, let 266 million people win 1 million.

Hopefully soon one of the lotteries gets to $1 billion! :)
