Boston looked awesome last night. Everything they shot went in. They have the better team by far. Rondo is kicking some ass in the playoffs.

more the Celtics are just that damn good but Howard is absolutely damaging his reputation greatly by some woeful performances that an elite player of his size just shouldn't be having even with the Celtics bigs being so dominating.

it's going to take a championship for Howard and Lebron to get their cred back among NBA fans. All-Star games, endorsements don't mean anything without championship rings. Not if you want to be mentioned in the same sentence as Jordan, Russell, Kobe, Shaq

It's like a switch was flipped on the Magic and they got turned off.

Boston is playing near perfect basketball. I can't complain about the officiating.

The Magic just played sloppy with several turnovers and they just couldn't make a basket.

Rashard Lewis is a completely different person. You could always count on him to make some threes from the corner and now he's something like 1-12 AND he had five fouls last night.

They had such a spectacular run up until Boston when they needed it the most.

I think they're done. I see they're will to win has been sucked out of them. In the Cavs last game with about a minute and a half to go and down by a reachable nine points LeBron missed a shot badly and you could see the whole team slump as if to say if he can't even make those shots we don't have a prayer. That's when the Cavs layed down for the last minute or so of the game.

I think the Magic are feeling the same way.

I think you can judge an athlete's performance based on the number of championships they have as long as it's a single player sport like golf or tennis but you can't put ALL the weight on them when they play on a TEAM.

A few days ago it was all about Vince Carter blowing the Magic's chance for a win. Some people might say that was the deciding factor in the magic's playoff run. Why should Howard's cred be blamed for that?

A player's individual achievements and stats are far more telling about the player's ability then whether they have a championship ring or not. To prove my point a bench player who might not have even played in the NBA finals could get a ring and over a few seasons get a couple rings.

How stupid is it to think that player is better because he has three championship rings but never set foot on the court in the finals while another player hold's seasonal records, all time records, all star appearances, voted MVP and whatever else but doesn't have a championship ring.

The Magic are just soft both mentally and physically. They have the players to compete with Boston but that's why the regular season and playoffs are so much different.

Lakers vs Boston! Going to be a great series. Time for the Lakers to payback that beating Boston put on them a couple years ago.

The Celtics are playing like the favorites they were at the beginning of the season. Everybody is contributing and I mean EVERYBODY, including Sheed. When they play this way, nobody can beat them. Orlando is just getting man handled and they're too inexperienced to deal with it. Rondo for MVP

Last night wasn't an exceptional game for them. That's the way they usually play and what got them to where they are today. Unfortunately, a few bad games got them in the hole but they might just pull it off.

Rashard Lewis was able to contribute enough to help get the win. He can do more. Vince Carter is still absent but I believe he has one or two great games left in him and hopefully they will happen when needed the most. Howard was a beast last night and played smarter than ever.

Boston got beat up last night ( literally ) and their players looked tired and hurt. They may not have much left in the tank. The odds are still against the Magic as no team has come from 3 down to win the series but I think it's now the Magic's to lose.

As a Magic fan it would be sweet if they win tomorrow night in Boston and then come home to win the series in our arena. :)

Lots of technicals called last night needlessly like the on Rondo. WTF? He was merely questioning the call. The Davis thing was scary it reminded me of Reggie Lewis collapsing against the Hornets. Uggg we never want another Reggie Lewis story in Boston.

bottom line is orlando outplayed them, and won, with or without perkins Orlando had that game.. so give credit where credit is due

I don't like that thing pierce does either.

If he pulls up to shoot and a defender jumps up to put a hand in his face and Pierce draws down and leans into the defender he is no longer in the act of shooting because he has to reset so to speak. It's a BS way to play and it's hard to respect that.

Rondo's trick is to just fall down anytime someone brushes against him to try and draw the foul. That guy ends up on the floor at least ten times a game and it's another BS move.

Tomorrow night's game is going to be a battle and I bet the refs will have their hands full :winkwink:

welp - that's why i love watching sports - i thought both these series were done and as of now they are very much on.

People forget that the Magic lost the first 2 games by a total of 7 points COMBINED. It's not like Boston just whipped their butts. Those 2 games could have gone either way. So the Magic could have just as easily ended this series already as Boston could have.

YAY CELTICS.. I am already hearing all the smack Laker fans are talking redemption this redemption that, blah blah blah ... Should be fun no matter what outcome!
