Where can I find a script like this?
 

Looking for a solid well known script that is a user uploaded pic and vid script where the social network is not so much the focus but more the display of uploaded vids and pics.

Must be customizable.

Have you used a similar script from that site? I was looking at phpFox and seems ok just have no clue how easy it is to customize and reading thru a little it almost seems like they host the videos, I certainly do not want that.

I'm sure you could find that code somewhere if you don't want to deal with the scammers that are Alstrasoft.

Have you used the script? I assume you meant clip-share which appears to be the same thing as mediashare.

I keep going back to phpfox even with all the negative comments on various forums. My take is if you are NOT a programmer you will have problems. I'm no programmer but have one willing to do the work.

What I guess would provide some confidence is a recommendation of a script you have used and your personal experience with it.

phpFox is so easy, even I can do it, which says a lot. If you are familiar with the way myspace works and how easy it is to use that script, it's just as easy on the backend. I've seen sites that have hacked it up a bit to make it more flashy and customized but you can get away with keeping the basics, and it's very user friendly, which is the biggest selling point. Again, any user familiar with myspace can build out their profiles with the standard html codes to pimp them out.

TubeX is great but unfortunatly it doesnt yet support pic uploads

It's going to be hacked up and I just hope their 100% customization code claim is true.

I bought it and will see what happens. Good to hear you have some positive experience with it.
