Best customer support ticket system?
 

Hey, looking for a good php customer support ticket system, what do people use and how do they find it?

i have worked with Kayako and Cerberus but we developed our own ticketing system as those software packages are mostly closed source and we needed several modifications, but for general usage, check kayako

I use osticket. Super light and does the job. I love it. And it's open source.

we can pretty much create you a TT system of your own if you'd like.

Kayako, very good and surely does the trick for the majority of cases. At the very least you need to check it out.

We use this company wide. Great for assigning stuff to staff internally and creates cases for CS.

I have heard about osticket, but I haven't used it myself. It seems like a well developed Open Source framework.
