Webair - emails not delivered
 

Anyone else having problems with email delivery while using webair mail servers?

Several emails I send out are either not delivered (and they usually wont even come back with an error) or end up in spam folders. I have experienced this since I started with them. The techs could never help me with it.

I remember someone saying on the boards that the mail servers could be banned accross the network because of spam. Is there a solution for that?

i have forwarders set up and sometimes they never forward to me

Its pretty bad if you need to send an important email and you have 50% chance it will be delivered. I cant always use the delivery receipts as many people use free mail services which dont support it.

i just tested to see and all emails went through on my end

Thanks but this is a general problem I have experienced since the beggining, it only occurs in about 1/8 mails or so. There is something wrong with their mail servers, sometimes the mail is returned but mostly they wont return back. They get just lost somewhere or are put into the SPAM folder even when I dont post any files or urls. Why would my mails end up in a SPAM folder?

I mostly get these problems when emailing free mail services, but not always, just sometimes.

Also, lately I got a mail returned with this error:

"Blacklisted by SPAMHAUS.ORG. .."

I am sure that Webair mail servers are black listed on many email services.

SpicyM there are no general issues regarding this. Please get with me directly and I can see that the issues you are experiencing are fixed right away.
