Wordpress plugin for iPhone video?

I'm converting my blogs to Wordpress and I am looking for a plugin to have videos show on iPhones. What do you recommend? (My CMS is Joomla, btw.)

Are your videos in MP4 format?

I can compress the videos to anything. I need the plugin to run in WP.

UPDATE: Since it's a Joomla site we had to hire someone to adapt WP to work. Anything that is used in native WP will have to be customized, but I don't want to start from scratch.

Just for content rendering : http://mobilewebjunkie.com/plugins/ there are for both WP and Jom but I recommend WP. We already use on our mobile blogs.

i would have a different theme for mobile and for desktop users, the mobile theme will render the mp4 not using a flash player. and the regular will do the flash

use a mobile plugin to render a theme for mobile devices, so you have a regular theme plus a mobile one.

you can use .mp4 with flash players, and for the mobile version just use html5 which mobile browsers support
