I have learned some very valuable lessons, both good and bad, met some of the most awesome people and some of the worst the industry has to offer. To say the last 11 years have been interesting would be so much of an understatement.

With the good and the bad, it's put me where I am and I am still having fun doing it, so I guess I won't be going out anytime soon.

Pretty sure it was around 2001 I started, but didn't start joining forums until later.

I am pushing close to 13 I believe. I started writing perl scripts for a script site that I cannot remember now. I used to write scripts for people who are still in business and many who are not. Most of that was part-time after work, I have been full time in this business since 2001, but I believe I started back in 1997 or 1998 writing scripts for adult websites.

EDIT: Now I am trying to remember what site that was. I remember I went by LoCdOg or something on IRC back then. Good times, sort of.

Audiotext in 1994, then the manual billing days until 1996. Got out, then got back in again in 1999. So I guess 13 active years in the biz.

I started by posting my own pics as a means to get others to post theirs and my plan was to just have an amateur posting site that my husband would like.... but as it turned out, I got all guys posting their pics and women being the stalkers. I guess I have always had a twisted way of doing things. lol
