Tool to find Do-Follow Blogs

Does anybody knows a tool that finds me blogs with Do-Follow Links?
I saw some month ago a tool like this, but i can remember the name.

Good luck finding what you need.

"Do-Follow" do not exist.

There is only "nofollow" tag, and the opposite is without this tag.
