I'd rather not use their nats program and heard they had ccbill but can't find it.

Anyone know?

i been part of their CCBill for a while. been wanting to try their nats thinking i'm missing out on promo tools. is it still worked on/updated?? the homepage still says 'Insert the welcome message here...'
