I am considering selling this website that I picked up around 2 years ago. it is a PR3 and gets decent traffic nearly all from search engines.

Firstly to clear up the name. She is known as Eva Wyrwal, Iga Wyrwal, Iga A (on met-art) and also sometimes as Eve. The reason this domain is the best for her, and does so well on search results is because her name in English is Eva Wyrwal. Also in all lads mags she frequently appears on the cover of, she is called Eva and with the start of her acting career (which i can only see increasing searches and traffic) she is credited as Eva Wyrwal : http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3093784/

Additionally I also made around $15 per month selling ads, but I can't prove this (could show paypal payments but they could be for anything :) ) and all ads have finished now. So you can do what you want.

I have also just added JuicyAds to see how they do but not enough stats yet to show.

I did the design myself, it is basic but gets the job done, it is also running on my own CMS System with a Pages and Gallery Module, I will supply the CMS and the Licence to the buyer. If you are interested and want a demo of the CMS to see how easy to use it is let me know.

I am pretty sure this is all the information needed to base an offer on, I am happy to let the site go as I never have any time for it with the development I do, but it would have to be a decent price. Otherwise I will just sit on it as the traffic isn't really going anywhere. And every time I update it does better (you can see the updates on the homepage)

I just got an email which raises a couple of points I would like to address here:

1. I was asked about ever being asked to take the site down by her agency.

This has never happened because her agency knows about it from me, I had asked for some promo material and they quite liked the site (although couldn't offer me anything :-\). They also provided me her agent in the companies direct details to forward work enquiries as this site often gets mistaken for her official site, despite the disclaimer. (I have never forwarded anything though)

2. It was also mentioned a lot of the traffic is pushed from sites I own.

This is not the case, as shown above most of the traffic comes from Google, and the traffic that comes from external links does not come from mine. In fact last month (may) only one of my sites (eroticle.com) was in the top 25 referrers with just 198 hits. Most of the links are from sites that choose to link it themselves I never asked for links or bought them. For example freeones sent over 1500 last month and there is another site that sends a few thousand also.

So even if I pulled all the links on my sites you wouldn't notice it. (I wouldn't pull the eroticle link anyway it is a free directory website)

Hope that eases some peoples concerns.

$260 here. Unless I did my math wrong that's 6 months of your projected income, 4-6 month revenue is the going rate.

If the site had nothing else going for it except revenue I would consider it however I will decline thanks.

Also you offered/paid $320 for igawyrwal.net with half the traffic no site and no revenue. Mine has double the traffic mostly from SE's a PR3 and a very good history and is a .com, so how is it worth less?

Anyway thanks for the offer but I would keep the site if that is the best I can get.

Umm nope your incorrect. My site gets the same traffic as your site. Bought a collection of 3 sites on domains in the transaction you mentioned. Checking through my backlinks I have just realized I've been linking to your Iga Wyrwal site from 3 of my sites for the past 2 years with no recip :1orglaugh
You still want the free links or should I pull them ?

In the sale thread for the sites you mentioned. The stated traffic was not the same as what I am getting. Although I don't know if they do better now. And only one of the domains (or 1 page sites) that you bought does well. I know because it is the only one I get traffic off :thumbsup

The page you got has always had a link to my site on it, I never asked for it and I was never asked to place a link back. If you want a link just say. If you want to pull my link you are free to do so.

Anyway I just wanted to know how you came to your conclusion on value. But it really isn't an issue. Nice to see you updated your page though :winkwink:

Any more offers before I am forced to actually do some work on it.
