need some help, and email support seems to be really slow..

Emjay posts here sometimes but I think he no longer works for them...so im not sure if they have a rep that visits here now.

i guess i have to wait for the email reply, i thought they are pretty big, and at least will answer to their support icq, so i won't have to wait hours between email replies...

Bump for the old topic.. have been trying to get in touch with them for about a month already. No reply.

Can't access them as well. We also did not get paid since May. Jose is available and replies really fast but he can't help me with the payment issue. Could anyone help me with the real contact I could reach their accounting dep? Emails on their site seem all dead but Jose's one. Phone number is for customers. Is there a way to contact them and get answered? :)

So, PasswordByPhone is not replying emails, phone calls, icq and skype messages. We haven't been paid since May.

I assume they are dead.
