Just tried hosing some guys blood off the street from guy who had seizure while questioned by cops
 

Man, talk about sobering. My wife told me the cops were questioning someone outside our house,... I looked outside and saw two cops questioning a pedestrian (i live in new orleans so this is not too uncommon LOL) well long story short - the guy has seizure, fell back and busted his head open on the street.

Needlesstosay the cops drove off after the ambulance came and left a puddle of blood on the street, just tried to hose it off, my hose wont reach and buckets of water didnt really help either.

digusting and sobering.

I think Tide laundry powder is what people use on concrete stains. Unless they're noobs.

Hydrogen Peroxide will get that out ;)

Edit: Just read the how to... skip the scrubbing move straight to Hydrogen Peroxide! 35% if you can find it but don't touch it at that strength or it'll oxify yo' skins! lol

No no taser involved, I wont speculate but just looked like the guy walked to the store and was walking home with a bottle of beer (you can walk whil drinking beer here but it cant be glass bottle) he had a glass bottle of beer, prolly all it was. We have military vets here who do it all the time, walk to store get beer walk back and forth all day long, some are shell shock.

We live in nice area and cops always stop people who look suspicious and are drinking in public, 24 hour drinking town = lots of fun

wow, whats with the hate? This is the street where I live, clean nice family homes, we dont want blood on the street, thank you very much. Children ride their bikes up and down my street all day, take your weird hate filled wishes elsewhere. I dont live in heart of new Orleans I live in family residential area where children play...

Hah! They say that about texas, New York, and every other place ive heard ;) Ive driven back and forth across the US multiple times, the same can be said about cops everywhere :thumbsup

in my experience NOPD are fairly laid back, new orleans is the big easy, even the cops are more chill than places like Los Angeles, ive dealt with them all over .

Anybody got any suggestions for getting blood off the ceiling? And yes it is my own blood I havn't murdered anybody.

Fuck that sucks. Had a similar thing happened to me. I was looking out my window and here comes some drunk as fuck college kid. He trips on the sidewalk directly outside of my house. Hit face first on the cement. I called 911. As the cops and ambulance were showing up, he is still on the ground and he pisses his pants. It was funny and sad at the same time.

Try Bins or Kilz paint. If that does not work get some drywall mud and skim a couple thin layers on it, sand drywall smooth and repaint the ceiling.

He had to hit his head pretty damn hard to make it bleed. Trust me, I've had seizures on concrete before.

he was standing up talking to officer and just clenched up and fell backwards and his head hit the street. The officers werent even close to him, he just fell backwards and went into seizure (or at least looked like it)

Not always, being that I used to be a paramedic, I have seen tons of seizures and even more blood. The head is very vascular and can bleed quite easily. Especially in alcoholics and those on blood thinners. Falling from a standing or even from a sitting positon (falling backwards etc), can easily open you up. Usually looks worse than it is.
