FACT: Remember the key to the future is controlling ones own reality:

The competition for the future is for peoples minds. the future does not exist. it is crafted by the thoughts of individuals.

this is why people try to control information. when you control information you control what people learn and in turn control their reality and in turn control the future.

listen with an open heart and speak with understanding. always remember you control your own future. it is inside you. do not follow the norm, think for yourself and draw your own conclusions.

peace and love do exist if you make it exist within yourself. you can shape the future by owning your own reality. search within yourself for answers and not within external factors that are made to blind you from the truth. you can make a choice to change now. and you can make a choice never to be persuaded away from peace and love ever again. you have this power.

always remember this.

the majority of people in this world forget what power they have within themselves. they are made to think they are powerless. when people are made to feel powerless they are easier to control.

things only matter if you make them matter. you are your own reality. start today to shape the future in a positive manner. it starts and ends with you.

i do not agree with grouping of people to feel a sense of belonging or external things to make you happy in general. love yourself first and foremost. embrace who you are and do not compare the things you do not have but the amazing things you are capable of. you cannot spread love if you forget to love the person that is most important. that person is yourself.

I have my own unique methods of achieving that here, but I have definitely reached my last set of 6 month goals, (I do goals in 6 month blocks now, with a smaller subset of 1 month blocks) and I can tell you, I have never been happier than I am at this moment in my life. To get to this stage, it cost exactly: $0

More to life than money. :)

i def. make sets of goals for myself. but even when not everything comes into fruition i am not down about it. so is life.

i find the more external factors you try to get to represent you the less happy you are. i like nice things just like the rest of us but they do not represent me.

give me love, food and some good sex and im happy as can be.

driving a lambo would be nice though for the weekends. :winkwink:

That's a lot of individualistic obscurantist bullshit but I still love you, MetaMan...

CarlosTheGaucho 06-09-2010 12:09 AM

That's true, yet it takes a lot of guts and discipline to keep your self concept strong, I gotta find my peace yet, although I'm on the way.

Btw. I can compare the "information control", since I live in the Eastern Block and my grandfather for example used to own a library full of books published during 1948 - 1989

It was exactly the same propaganda you get served today, just totally turned around, praising communism and trashing capitalism.

I've read for example about the CIA operations in Southern and central America, these days it's a huge no no.

Yet it's extremely obvious and only takes common sense that someone needed to make sure those countries wouldn't follow the Cuba route and wouldn't be able to grow powerful just by using their natural resources.

Every regime or ideology keeps its reign by controlling the information, it's understandable, and with these days informational idiocy and chaos they don't even have to try that hard.

All most people do is to quote "wikipedia" or something, there's absolutely no thought or effort in it, just citing bullshit and shouting loud, narcistic pricks that never put any effort into actual thinking.

That's also why I won't ever vouch for any regime or ideology, although I personally greatly endorse the ideology of the founding fathers, it's all about keeping the territory and having no remorse, there's no morals in nature.

That's how nature made us - we're animals, we need territory, humanity is just a standard in society, so those that don't have morals can control the others, morals and humanity only exist on a personal level, those are people that deserve praise, humanity or morals never existed on a sociopolitical level.
