i filed a ticket once and they got back to it. Put one in at night and the next day got an email saying there was a response.

yes my friend, i think we dont need to know that you want to contact them, their support works well. why dont you contact the icq and you want us to send them this thread? strange man, go get some sleep :winkwink:
