Getting my site out of frames!!

How can I get my site (in the signature) out of frames but still use the affiliates catalogue? Is it possible? because the guy from the affiliate company doesn't know how!

I have googled it and found out how to get the site out of frames but I don't know how to keep the catalogue in place, I can build a new site from scratch but how can I keep the catalogue to stay in the main portion of the site without a home frame?

Yeah, I've also used the noframes code. In the search results for my keywords, it is only the index page that is listed so I think I may have gotten away with using frames, but i'm still not sure if it will affect the site being able to climb the rankings.. (its currently around 39th for 'cheap anal toys' and 'cheap fleshlights' 48th for 'cheap vibrators' and around 90th for 'cheap sex toys') Bearing in mind I have hardly any backlinks yet...

just use the break out of iframe code

btw google does not read content in a iframe, so your gonna need to seo your site and keep in mind that anything appearing inside a frame counts as zero

this site was built using 1996 technology...
it would need to be rebuilt using a bit newer standards...
