Webmaster Checks - any word?
 

I have 2 checks lying here worth almost 10k, and the 3 sponsors that they are from say that I should just hold on to them that they will be good at some point. Does anyone know what the webmaster checks status is?

I got a few too... wondering when I can give this money to the bar

Ok so WTF now? People are cashing their checks and they are not bouning while WMC keeps saying that the funds are frozen. WTF is this mess? We have over 10k here and sponsors are as they are. Some offered alternatives, some hid under the rug.

messy situation, one of mine mainstream sponsor using WC never had luck even with issuing WM checks, so they go with 3rd party this month

I cashed a small one last week and haven't had any problems yet!

I can tell you how we solved this issue with our affiliates, from a sponsor point of view.

All the checks that were issued before 20th of May were canceled and reissued. We got back to work with WC after they solved their problem, they were very good before the troubles hit them and shit may happen to anyone in our lovely industry. All new checks are good to cash, they are coming from new account.

Some money is still frozen though but this has nothing to do with affiliates, as simple as that. This is a sponsor vs WC issue and I believe the frozen money will go out soon.
I have no doubts that WC working on it, they are really good people.

Im waiting for a wire for 3 periods from one sponsor, and they told me the Banks dont want to do business with webmasterchecks

any updates on these guys? I wonder how much money of sponsors they have locked up
