The baby looks like he's crying. Mt first reaction would be to look after him not take a picture. Some people need a license to be parents.

A worse example of whip your camera out instead of help someone are sites like TheYnc. People properly hurt and all everybody around them seems to be doing is photoing/filming instead of any attempt at first-aid.
