the question is why are people having to contact you to get paid, its not like its one or two people, its in big groups.

if you work for a comapny, do you have to remind human resources every payday to pay?

Most of the time Fris its a issue on the webmasters end. No epass, wrong epass minimum payment minimum not ment or there fraud rate is too high. Its not a big group both programs have 18k of webmasters.


If it was a huge group you would see more threads....

you might want to fix your join pages and have them not read join by online check since you do accept credit cards right?

Yes, I can confirm that me and TampaToker had a talk an hour ago. The reason for not being paid, was one $45 chargeback... As I understand if more than 5% of revenue in a period is chargeback, then payment will be held. I have been assured that there are no problems with my TR account, just to have that clear :) I have also been assured that I will be paid. When I receive the payment, I will post in my initial thread.

With "actual issue" I am assuming you mean "issues" in general, not just mine?

Hello, may I ask when the payment in question was originally due to be sent out to you? I'm not sure how happy I am with the idea of delaying payments of long time affiliates because of one chargeback in a period. If it means a delay of one week then that's one thing but if it means months and emails being ignored and the like then that's quite another. To be able to absorb one $45 chargeback and assuming the 5% threshold is correct that means the payout for that period has to be > $900. unless I misunderstand.

How do I get off your mailing list? Nothing seems to be working.

Can't edit now. Ah I see one thing I might have missed "revenue". Still from what I read I am uncomfortable with this policy. If I send you 200+ joins on average 5 per period but one year down the road I send 5 joins that period but finally get my first chargeback I DO NOT think it is reasonable to hold my payment and make me chase you down for my money. Just take the damn money out of the payout, note it, and send me the rest. I'm a long time affiliate who sent you hundreds of joins, what's the problem?

Chargeback was january 7. Last payment february 28. April 15 I made the $100 payout limit. I would assume that there is a 2 weeks holding period, so around may 1th I should get at least the $100. That will make it 6 weeks overdue, if I am not misstaking. So yes, very late and the 5% thing.... january 7.
That being said, this is the first time I have had any issue with TR. I used to be paid on time.

And before anyone starts with "making a fuzz over so little money...." money is money being $200 or $2,000. At least for small fish like me :)

With your link codes, I picked "Pay per signup on trials" - Now what if the user purchases a full membership, is that credited to me?

Same with revshare on trials, or PPS on Full Memberships.

It seems to me with so many webmasters that some late payments for questioanal sales are normal with such a big program.. We need to make some progress on getting replies back faster and maybe checking this board more often.. As of now and 5 years running TR is one on the best converting teen niches out there.. Anyone have any issues getting paid by checks call me direct 8187038700 and I will take every call and have an answer on the spot to solve what ever issue there is.. Like I said there is always room for improvement from us... No excuse for a late payment if someone is rightfully owed one.

Now go get the big money because it really is an easy sell..

It's PPS. You get paid the same for trial or full. It's PPS. Exit chain and cross-sales are part of the package.

Any chance you guys putting up longer videos for webmasters to use. Most of your promotion videos are like 15sec's. Even if I splice them together I get less than a minute. Just a suggestion.
