BP CEO getting OWNED LIVE NOW

the house is launching statement after statement against the BP CEO right now-
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/

i mean some of these people are reaming the shit out of this guy...its great!

I think they will actually start grilling the fucker pretty soon.

bronco67 06-17-2010 08:18 AM

There's something about these hearings that make me end up hating the politicians more than the person getting grilled. It's already turning into a political circus, and Hayward hasn't said a fucking word yet.

You have democrats attacking the big bad corporation, and republicans going after the Obama administration. MSNBC has listed the amount of money each Republican has received from big oil, next to their names. Haha.

Jman 06-17-2010 08:24 AM

Gonna be a long one in the House!!! BTW you think Hayward is wearing a BP vest

bronco67 06-17-2010 08:30 AM

We've already had the first near-tazing drama

Caligari 06-17-2010 08:32 AM

he's making his lame ass statement now...hilarious he's actually saying things which have just been factually denounced as bulllshit..
he's talking in terms of "Paying out" and "setting things right." hahaha

the questioning will begin soon.

Caligari 06-17-2010 08:33 AM

mother fucker they just went on recess until noon....

dyna mo 06-17-2010 08:34 AM

typical government bullshit posturing- yap for 20 minutes, take a 2 hour recess.

fris 06-17-2010 08:35 AM

im supried he doesnt have his lawyer with him

Caligari 06-17-2010 08:40 AM

after listening to alot of these reps doing their rhetorical statements on the disaster i saw 4 or 5 who broke from the mold and will probably ask him check mate questions, in other words questions for which he will either have to lie again about or that he will tell the truth thus revealing the previous story as a lie.

Either way at least a few times during this upcoming session he will be exposed, and i sure as hell hope someone talks about criminal charges.

woj 06-17-2010 08:55 AM

like someone said earlier, it's just a political circus... they are "grilling" him now, 2 days from now same people will be at his barbecue drinking beer and grilling steaks... :2 cents:

woj 06-17-2010 08:56 AM

it's all just a facade to give illusion to the voters that something is getting done... :2 cents:

Caligari 06-17-2010 09:11 AM

The problem is, people see this like its a money laundering scheme or some lame meaningless crap.
but its not, this is about a company who is responisible for the worst ecological disaster in US history.
This time there will be no "drinking beer at the barbecue."

instead Hayward will be the barbecue...hehehe

Caligari 06-17-2010 09:34 AM

they're back and the bitch is gettin slapped hard!

he's denying prior knowledge about the horizon problems where he obviously did...great shit!

Jman 06-17-2010 09:39 AM

Grill baby grill!!!!!!

Caligari 06-17-2010 09:40 AM

man Waxman is fucking this guy without any lube!! holy shit he's telling the guy he knew BP made the prior moves about the well even tho their own engineers said it was a bad idea!

Tony Hayward was not aware he was BP's CEO for the last 3 years...

That's my conclusion of this fucking puppet show

fatfoo 06-17-2010 11:48 AM

http://www.huffingtonpost.com sure has some sexy news stories, as well.

Maxim magazine: July 2010 : Nicole Scherzinger is hot

bronco67 06-17-2010 12:41 PM

its getting a little spicy up in there.

Hayward is calm, but he looks on the brink of losing his shit. What an evasive motherfucker he is.

Politics as usual.. each party does nothing about the problem or help find a solution, they only try to look good on TV to voters for their next election, while trying not to fuck the guys that give them the most money.

End all corporate campaign contributions and limit single donors to $100 and just maybe we will start to get on track. Money is the root of the problems with our govt.. End the ability to buy politicians and we will start to turn this country around.

.

In their defense, most of that grandstanding came with their opening remarks, before the actual questioning began. Now they're trying to broil this guy alive.

docputer 06-17-2010 01:29 PM

BP is lucky this is the US and not China a few years back. When a new bunch of refrigerators started failing, they marched the top 18 managers of the appliance factory outside and executed them, then the communist party person who was over them . In this case, the top people at MMS over this project and the top BP managers would get the firing squad

JBlack 06-17-2010 01:44 PM

this guy won't deviate from his "ultimate fail safe mechanism" line...

Yes i would agree with the death penalty in this case. If Hayward and others are found guilty of criminal negligence (this could happen) the punishment should fit the crime as well.

Pour oil on them and light them on fire.

Really, i think they should do this.

Kenny B! 06-17-2010 04:14 PM

What a farce, he's laughing all the way to the bank.

jackknoff 06-17-2010 08:55 PM

Anything BP will have to pay for this will only be just a drop in the bucket for them. As for the politicians, just another dog and pony show. It will be business as usual. God I frakin hate the U.S. Senate & House of Representatives... Bunch of corrupt sleazy slimeballs...

Spanx!
Jack

Sausage 06-17-2010 09:06 PM

Yes .. give that big bad BP man a hard time, that will plug the hole and solve the crisis!

Or .. maybe put the same energy into actually solving the problem first before you go into political blame mode ... I know its a novel concept, but I don't think the leak is going to be 'talked' shut.

Agreed. Like they expect him to show up and say yes we are at fault and libel for any and all damages. Most of there questions are just political posturing to look good on tv and the fact that they want to get the technicalities on drilling a deep sea well when they haven't a fucking clue is laughable.
