Need a quality site done on the cheap, who's best for the buck?

Need a "girlfriend" site done, have a ton of content [literally] so the members area will be loaded but I don't have the time to set it up. I want to have someone build it soup to nuts, but It's a side project so I don't want to spend a lot of $$ but I want it to look decent, and I also want some geotargeting in it. Lowest bid with a halfway decent portfolio gets it.

I wouldn't walk into a BMW dealership if my life depended on it. Seriously, I would rather buy the Honda. BMW has hit the bottom of the barrel in terms of quality, styling, reliability and they are a dime a dozen on the road. I was in Singapore a few months ago for my vacation and there was more BMWs on the road there than Toyotas or Hondas.

Just look how ugly BMW cars are since 2003 (the last good year of monster M3 SMGs). I still have my 2003 M3 SMG and it was the pinnacle of BMW greatness. After that, it has been all down hill. :disgust

Getting back to the topic at hand, I echo one point, How much do you mean when you say cheap?

Your arguments oppose your original statements.
If honda is better than bmw why would people in Singapore buy more bmws than hondas when bmws are more expensive?
