Just watched Dragon The Bruce Lee story again. Great film and seems he was really troubled and had a roller coaster of a life only 32 when he died. I wonder what it was that he died off. I have watched this film countless times and every time i watch it i wonder the same thing.

I wonder how good he would have been in MMA lol I think he would have kicked ass:thumbsup

Lee was a huge inspiration to me when I was young. Lee wrote the book on MMA long before there ever was an MMA. His discipline of Jeet Kune Do was everything that is MMA.

Do you think that he would have beat their asses down if he were still alive. I personally would have loved to have seen him in the octagon. :winkwink:

hell during the shooting of enter the dragon, bruce was directed to punch slower because the camera wasn't fast enough to catch his movements sometimes.

Forget that film, it's a 'nice film' for the legend.

Is that the Bio movie that ends before it gets to the part where he dies and you just hear the wife say that he died under strange circumstances, but doesn't explain anything?

Bruce Lee died from a gun shot while he was on set.
Supposedly, what was supposed to be a fake bullet turned out to be a real one.

That was his son Brandon, crackbot, Bruce (supposedly) died of a cerebral edema and hypersensitivity to the meds they gave him.

He died of a cerebral oedema (excess fluid in the brain) after an allergic reaction to an over the counter painkiller.

Bruce Lee was overrated. Sounded like a fool and acted like one too with his Whhhaaaa Haaaaa crap. Do you see Jean Claude Van Damme, Steven Segal, or Chuck Norris screaming like a girl everytime they hit someone.

Bruce Lee was a phony showman. If he would have been put in the ring with any Elite Pro fighter (Boxer , MMA, Kickboxer) he would have gotten his ass handed to him in a heart beat.

i heard that the prop gun was flawed and when it was fired at brandon, a piece of it actually broke off and THAT was what killed him.

fucked up part was, dude that was holding the gun that killed him had to go on and finish the fuckin movie. member the scene where the crow has dude taped into the car with all the gasoline and he's screamin "No! You're dead, we killed you! there aint no comin back!" remember that? ever wonder why dude is damn near crying in that scene?

that scene was filmed AFTER brandon was dead and the dude who shot him is delivering those lines to a guy dressed up like him. fucked up shit.

Jean Claude Van Damme and Steven Seagal could not fight their way out of a wet paper bag lol Not saying i would fancy my chances against the guys but you cannot put them in the same league as Bruce Lee :2 cents:

other interesting bruce lee fact: he was the three year cha-cha champion of hong kong, and at one point traded cha-cha lessons for tiger style lessons from a master. according to said master, "Bruce was only interested in learning some flashy moves that would look good on camera. I thought it would take him months to learn and i would become an amazing dancer. It took him 3 days and I still can't cha-cha worth a damn."
