italy vs new zealand
ends in a 1-1 draw
wow i think NZ had 1 attack and they scored just weak from the world champs |
Didn't they cancel the worldcup this year?
|
Nah we had a couple of scoring chances :p Chris Wood missed a shot by a whisker. Oh and that Italian player defiantly dived. We would have won 1-0 otherwise. Bring on Paraguay!!!
|
Italy is shit but they will sneek through like they always fucking do.
|
Wow. Just wow.
Just when I think I've seen the biggest upset of the world cup another one comes along and tops it. I hope NZ wins their next game, and makes it to the final 16. |
Italy is a bunch of pussies. what a disgrace to soccer. the wind blows and they all collapse over. if i was italian i would be smacking myself upside the head.
them and portugal are the women of the world cup. |
so far only Argentina as one of the favorites played like they belong there. well done, kiwis!
|
I still think that the bad display by many teams is down to the distracting horns.

have you ever played sports? when you are on the field and into the zone the last thing you notice is what the fans are doing. if you are noticing what they are doing you already dont have proper focus. these are professionals also. |

the horns are blowing for both sides so how can you say it benefits or is negative to one side or the other? home field you also know the pitch. i do not think in an international tournament home field comes into advantage as much considering that most of the players have to travel distances anyway. the benefit for an international tournament for the home country is an economic impact. knowing this you can also spend more money on training and development prior to the tournament. PS england team fucking sucks. keep trying to find excuses. |

if a crowd gets behind a football team they usually play better, it's a fact. being from canada you wouldn't know much about big football matches so I'll excuse your ignorance :thumbsup |

instead of making up your own bullshit. and putting a spin on things which had nothing to do with the quote. so how are the horns effecting teams badly? especially when the majority of people using the horns are not for or against the majoirty of the teams playing. PS if i went to an english football game i would barely be watching english players anyway. they are a classless team of smucks. thus why the majority of the players in the premier league are imported. |
France + England + Germany + Italy + Spain = 1 win 5 draw 3 lose so far. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

and i pointed out that the players do notice what the fans are doing. there's no need to get tetchy every time you're shown to be wrong. as far as foriegners in the english premier league, yes there are too many, but the best player in the top three teams in england, man united, chelsea and liverpool are all english. (rooney, lampard and gerrard) |

you are in a stadium with 80k+ people you feel the atmosphere not what the fans are doing. there is a complete difference in noticing what fans are doing and feeling the surroundings around you. if you are noticing the fat fuck englishman scarfing down a hotdog in the 4th row you arent a true professional in the first place. so you think the entire time the game is on the players are thinking: "those horns are annoying" for 90 minutes. i dont think so. once that whistle blows the game is on. these players deal with it week in and week out. it is never any different where they go. read my reasons why home field makes a difference. and study it. KEYWORD last thing you notice. again nice try on the spin. i even poined out that if it isnt the last thing you notice you have lost focus. do you understand the meaning of last? do you have a brain? read my posts you will learn. |
the people in Canada should feel very lucky they are allowed to even play in the USA's NHL+MLB or they would have sqaudoosh as far as fans for any professional sport involving there country :2 cents:

man you are a quick on. just amazing thinking. you sir are smurt! that is like saying FIFA bans soccer everywhere except europe. just great thinking man. that is what the NHL and MLB WANT TO DO. they want less of a fanbase. man you are insane! |
Italy will go in next round for sure and then we'll see real Italian team.
Too bad they have problems to score a gool. |
Quote:
..Point is canada doesnt make a difference when it comes to professional sports anywhere in the world...there lucky the USA lets them play in there pro leagues. Name 1 popular team from canada that isnt tied to a us league? |

974 players played in the NHL 509 Canada (52.2%) 216 America (22.2%) 57 Czech Republic (5.9%) 53 Sweden (5.4%) 35 Finland (3.6%) 32 Russia (3.3%) 18 Slovakia (1.8%) 9 Germany (0.9%) 5 Latvia (0.5%) 5 Switzerland (0.5) 4 Denmark (0.4%) 4 Ukraine (0.4%) 3 Austria (0.3%) 3 Belarus (0.3%) 2 Kazakhstan (0.2%) 1 Bahamas (0.1%) 1 Brunei (0.1%) 1 Brazil (0.1%) 1 France (0.1%) 1 Italy (0.1%) 1 Lithuania (0.1%) 1 Northern Ireland (0.1%) 1 Norway (0.1%) 1 Poland (0.1%) 1 Slovenia (0.1%) 1 South Africa (0.1%) 1 South Korea (0.1%) man you are a fucking idiot. |

Mind you England will no doubt do the same aswell... :2 cents: |
Quote:
bravo 500 canadians made it into the USA's NHL :thumbsup....if your 500 guys didnt show up for tryouts every other country whos numbers you posted would be a little bit higher...bfd. same point still stands..as far as professional sports go..canada needs the USa and the world more than the world or the USA needs canada:winkwink: |
Quote:
nice try on the backtrack. you take 50%+ of the players out of the league you have no league. nice try stupid. |
Quote:
Canada doenst have any successfull sports leagues of there own and the only popular sports teams coming out of canada are actually playing in USA Leagues...so like i said canadains should feel lucky the USA tosses them a few bones with couple teams to cheer for.:winkwink: Also..you might have more canadien hockey players in the USA's NHL League:winkwink:..but baseball? Your saying.] 50% of the playes in MLB come from canada:1orglaugh:1orglaugh. post the stats on that in this thread like you did with the NHL :winkwink: |
New Zealand has 25 profesional football players...the whole country. Italy has 3500+. lol

NHL is not a "USA league". thus why there are teams in Canada? same with the MLB. i dont bother reading your entire posts because each one of them you prove your stupidity. dont be mad because i called you out for partying on the gay district in cancun. if that is your sexuality own it. you do not have to hide it from us. anyone looking at your pics can clearly determine that you prefer to party with men. it is 2010 you dont have to hide anymore. |

i am not one of your gay mexican friends. i am flattered you find me extremely interesting and my personality funny and sexy at the same time. that you try to start conversations with me even though you "dont give 2 shits about sports" BUT i am not interested in males. even though there is nothing wrong with that. im sorry to break your heart. im sure one of your boyfriends from your gay worldcup parade will fill that void. |
I hate Italian soccer fans.

your post was directed at me just because you have a cock in the way of your quote button and got a boner thinking of me quoting you doesnt change that. so you dont like sports yet you go party on a street with 1000x drunk guys who are sportsfans? things that make you go hmmmm. |
I think there are few too many veterans in this Italian team, needs new blood
|
The NZ draw was definitely surprising. Congrats to the kiwis. Hopefully, there's more surprises down the road...like No Korea making it to the final 16.

are you back home in calgary now or still sun tanning poolside in arizona at midnite? .:1orglaugh.:1orglaugh |
Quote:
i just looked up calgary and i do not see "gay pride" in the results? so again i will ask you why did you look up a gay parade? and why are you so interested in "parades" and or celebrations that are 99% drunk males? you are the one posting pics of drunk guys and gay parades not me. i dont talk about "gays" i talk about you. "gay". it is singular. i am in phoenix until july 2nd visiting my dad. this may surprise you but having a pool in phoenix you do not even have to be rich. in fact go to any middle class area and i bet the majority of people have a pool here. it is not a luxury. in fact it is a regular thing. so i do not see how you can even question me tanning by a pool when they are no big deal here. |
Well done NZ!
I hate the Italy cheats, they took no less than 10 dives during the game, and the ref was essentially their pet who awarded exactly what was demanded of him by the cheating Italians. They were the better team though, but couldn't put it in the net without ref assistance. Kiwis almost made it 2-1 which would have been epic! If theres any team i want out of the WC its the Italy diving cheats. |
Quote:
I honestly don't know how they can be so shameless about it. I mean, could you really hold your head up and be proud of the achievement? |
I'm glad that I don't give a fuck about all of the above... :)
|
I dont want to live in a world where NZ qualifies for the next round and Australia doesn't.
|
Quote:
most everone has a pool there .used to live in tempe..... what does surprised me isyou posted at 12 midnite how you were sitting poolside tanning..not too many people catch a tan in the middle of the nite unless they go to a tanning salon...so youwere obviously lying...alos i didnt relize you were still living with your parents...who knew MetaMan was a homophobic from calagary living with his parents n arizona:1orglaugh |
italy is too weak this year...
|
France, Italy and England will not make to the final 16. The cup will go to southamerica this time.
|
Quote:
do you really want me to snap a pic of the pool? it is in a complex, it is not a big deal. nothing luxurious. if you want to come watch me tan you can pay me by the hour and ill even hang my cock out so i dont get any tan lines. i bet you would really like that! so when you are visiting family out of country for a month you stay at a hotel the entire time? my parents are buying a house here in December and i plan on shacking up here for 2 months out of the winter every year. i will not even hesitate. they cant get rid of me. :1orglaugh |
