Short Term:
I need to pick up another programmer. My immediate need is for someone who can learn my custom celebrity CMS script. Which is done in SMARTY.

Long Term:
However, I am looking for someone as a long term programmer who can help my consulting clients. My goal is to add in some online tools, and scripts, that my clients can use for their online business. Kind of a 'value add' if you will.

The end game is to have the software and script development to go along with the web hosting, content, consulting and development I am currently doing to provide full service, long term, solutions.

Your programming and communication skills must be solid. You must speak English. Ultimately I am looking for someone who can develop online tools or applications, and maybe do some light design work for my consulting and web hosting clients.

This would allow you to push more sales, and volume, while having additional R&D resources available for new scripts, and other tools we are looking to add. Plus access to an entire web hosting business, and servers. My new business partner, and myself, both do a lot of consulting gigs. So we are looking for development/programmers who are looking for a platform and automatic client base for applications.

Instead of chasing down clients, we already have them. You would then make money spread over the consulting, and web hosting client base. In theory, you would be making more money over the long term, and not having to chase down clients all over the place for your wares.

I would be absolutely perfect for this, especially at this moment in time. 10 year veteran of the online software industry, started and owned a quality software company for five years, have helped setup thousands of online operations (some very large), have trained other companies' development teams, am honest, straight forward, easy to work with, etc.

I'm also currently in a perfect position to begin banging out any scripts or tools you need, whether their hosted solutions, or software systems customers install on their own servers. Have excellent contacts for both, design & hosting, and will happily manage everything.

Yeah, I know, I got to get that smoothed over. The administration panel of the online demo is good though. Will get that finished up within the next day or two.

I am also getting a ton of mainstream DB dumps from one of my other clients I am looking to use for web hosting clients as a freebie, and we would need to develop platform.

A lot of these will be used for my consulting, and web hosting clients. Some will be used for another venture where I take my models and spin them off on their own sites for a rev. share. Kind of hard to explain in a single post, but since I have developed a market for my wares, I am now looking to feed it.

Obviously, this is a long term project for a solid developer who knows many applications.
