amazed the amount of reading you get done staying off GFY for a week LOL
started out my vacation by just kicking back and reading, read 4 books this past week LOL
havent been on gfy much at all, checking in, hows it going? about to go cuddle up on the couch and read a bit, love rainy day reading. :thumbsup |

Outer Dark by Cormac Mccarthy Dude has a baby with his sister, leaves it in the woods to die, tells sister it died during birth, sister finds out, sets out in woods to find it. Syrup by Maxx barry Guys comes up with million dollar idea for new soda called "Fukk" Coke steals his idea he seeks out revenge, job, and girl named "6" Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole great book. Ignatius seeks out to find job in New orleans and has quite an adventure, must read. author killed himself. The Age of Conglomerates by Thomas Nevins dystopian future novel. unwanted kids sent to live in subways, old folks sent to desert camps, conglomerates like big brother etc... good stuff, not sure what novel to read next, have dozens of books picked out in advance.... im also reading Gnarl! which is short stories by Rudy Rucker but its not novel, just collection of stories. |

But I want to resume reading a couple of Saramago's books I started but never ended. |

Thanks up front, I am always looking for more things to read. Anyone with recommendations, please post them. I try to at least read 2-3 books a week.
