i could only imagine. i've actually thought about joining a yoga class but i want to get better at it 1st. in my head, i imagine everyone there can hold the postures, no big whoop!

if and when, i'd join a bikram class, just to see if i could go the distance.

do they do those postures in bikram?

no way, not everyone, REALLY depends on your concentration in that moment, but those 2 postures are the hardest hehe.....and yes Bikram is 26 postures in total, first 1 - 12 are standing postures, 2 repetitions each, then rest on floor, everything 2x
You should practice in one of the studios & then go see him in your city :)
He has a teaching college in Beverly Hills. I read his book. Bikram helped heal Richard Nixon's knee injury in the 70's and then to thank him he gave him a US Green Card.
