As I said in the other thread, I was almost sure YouTube would win, but I think this will eventually lead to changes being made in the DMCA safe harbor laws.

i will start 500 tube sites this week. so will 10000 other webmasters. surfers want them.

Seems like this case is becoming less and less important as most governments are talking about new copyright laws anyway. I just read an article yesterday about some European coalition going country to country to change the laws. That seems to be the trend.

I'm kinda surprised that gideongallery isn't in here gloating already.

tru dat sire. im gonna steal a bunch of content and start selling it. run tubes with it. cash in on something i dont own and no one will do anything about it.

I posted this earlier today and it's on page 1 still. :) Certainly tragic but Viacom shouldn't have been doing stupid shit to damage their case.
