It's very obvious by now that this model of the girls getting nude FIRST and making money off of tips is not only working good, it's kicking ass. Why aren't the old timer cam sites copying this new business model? Funny how when the NEXT BIG THING smacks people in the face they still don't get it. wow

When and if they ever have a affiliate program set up they will dominate the cams market in my opinion.

they spend tons on network wide ads on all the ad networks and are on tons of sites because of that so the affiliate issue is kind of moot.

Thats actually smarter than having a affilaite system, less stress and not to mention the costs of running a affiliate program

Because there will ALWAYS be big bucks in private cam shows. That's like saying all strip clubs should do away with VIP rooms and just make the girls dance naked in the windows for dollars. Totally different business model.

that's an insult to MyFreeCams to compare them to Pornhub - when Pornhub pays the content providers 50-60% of their revenues the same way MFC pays their performers then you can make the comparison.

I think it gets a lot more personal than that though. Most of the models (the smart ones) will do cam to cam and phone. Once they have built a solid relationship (based on tips of course) with the model it becomes a true girlfriend experience. They will chat on IM, send gifts, even setup appointments for private shows.

The public part of the site is still what makes it a success I think. When there are a bunch of guys in there all looking for the same experience they have to out tip each other to maintain the model's attention.

As a cam consumer I used to go to other cam sites until I found myfreecams. Have not been to one of the others since though I do send a lot of traffic to the other sites because Leo has no love for me.

Not all of them get nude first for tips. There are many girls on there that will not get nude unless it is in a private show or in a group show.

The girls also promo and upsell their own stuff, ie.. videos and guy+girl fuck shows off-premises. I saw one letting up to 12 guys in for the guy/girl show for tipping 1k tokens each first. Then she sent them the invitation to another site for it, because guy/girl wasn't allowed on MFC.
