Anyone invest in currency?
 

Have you been watching the news about the Yuan? Plan to buy some or will it fail?

Was thinking of dropping about 10k in it.

Some people are making a killing in that currency game.

Yeah I have made a few extra dollars myself but I have not really had the time lately and wanted to see what some of the people that really work it and follow it think.

Bump. anyone?

1. You can't trade the Yuan as far as I know. At least not us little guys.

2. If you have never traded a forex demo account then I suggest going to Vegas and have a good time with your 10k.

We have bought some like that before. It would be in small amounts and not with a trader. :) But I know what you mean. And I can burn my money right here at a local place.

I guess I'm confused by your statements. Are you buying it and stuffing it your mattress?
Why would you not trade it on the Forex market like you would USD EUR JPY CAD etc?

Well if its not open to the " Little guys " And I cant get a broker to do it then Yeah if I think its worth buying it and putting it in the mattress I will. Now days what ever it takes to make money in that aspect is worth it. :)

I had a broker we were using but its been more than 1.5 years and have not talked with him. So...

Every other currency under the sun but have yet to see the Yuan listed.

If you're starting out you are much better off trading something less exotic. Stick with the more mainstream pairs like EURUSD. Theres money to be made but not a get rich quick scheme by any means.

Yeah its not listed yet.. and i have moved about 150k with the US/MXN and done well with it. as with all ups and downs. But made some in the long run and it was worth it.

I was really just wondering if people were watching it and what the thought was.
