British motor racing boss dies after session with 'Europe's most perverted dominatrix'
 

Robin Mortimer, 58, is believed to have collapsed after a session with prostitutes calling themselves Mistress Lucrezia and Mistress Juno, at their villa near Brecht, Belgium.

Pain is only a tiny part of it. It is more to do with relinquishing your control, being restrained, being humiliated, etc etc. The sound of the crop is often more than the actual feelings it gives

Obv, the endorphins released when you are hit properly are great, and a large part of the experience, but the headspace you are in is much more the thing.

Sounds like it was pure nitrous oxide - if he asphyxiated. Nitrous is a full on rush in itself. Doesn't, surprise me that much. It wouldn't have just been for pain.
