She was way aggressive...

I offered to have her drive down to have lunch (she is about an hour from me), and she was gung ho on doing pics and video--she didn't even want to get paid, she just wanted some samples.

We did speak for a bit, and the main thing I tried to impart on her was how the shit could hit the fan if she shot before her birthday... and I kid you not, she had never heard of Traci Lords.

Ultimately, I didn't think it was a sting or anything, but it just seemed like a bad way to go--figure you are safer, because she told me she had hit a lot of the companies in our area.

I think you will do well with the site... I hate to say it, but if she was a white girl from the valley, I would have given her a rather sizable advance to guarantee a shoot on her 18th and some sort of exclusivity window. She is cute though...

My only gripe with the site you set up is that it reads far too pro--too much like ad copy and not enough like how she really talks (or any girl would, for that matter).

Ive had 3 different people (different jurisdictions mind you) who suggest there may be some illegality to this.

Been down the legal road on this issue. She was 18 when we shot and she approuched us... not the other way around. No documents were signed or content shot till she was legal. Got all the docs. to back it up.

Discussion is not illegal... acting on the discussion before the age of 18 is illegal. That will hold up anywhere. More then prepared to defend that for sure. :thumbsup

My only thought is that by staying amatuer you might not be able to play as well off her porn stuff as you otherwise could. From what I remember of the photo on the AVN article she had more of the typical "porn star" look so if thats what they are going to go with, maybe you need to cater for that, for all those that see the vids and go looking for more.
