The only scandal should be the corrupt ref system. It's so obvious its not even funny.

I am not a soccer "fan." I coached AYSO because my son played and that is what dads [should] do. I know the rules "a little." I watched a couple WC matches, just because. I would not get up early or go out of my way for it.

That being said. This is the fucking World Cup. I was under the impression that this was the best of the best. The officiating has sucked. Going out of their way to throw a game and not even being subtle about it.

Is all of FIFA this corrupt or is it just because they let South Africa host it?
