webmasters 101: how to stop smoking by teencat
hi everyone. i know i am not so big treasure here, but as a reward that some of you guys and girls are giving, i want to share how i stopped smoking cigarettes.
i have been smoker for over 15 years, 5-40 per day, with few small and bigger breaks.
now i am not smoking 14 days, but i am finished with this drug, as i know that i want to live my life and i know how to not start again ...
so, if you are not bored already, here we go ...
you can stop smoking with many ways, but imho only two really works ... i tried both and both were working for me. first, a way that is in your brain. you know it already, everyone told you, but you know what is it about? i will tell you ... do you have kids? do you know what it is to grow a kid? i dont, but i stopped smoking. and growing a kid, it is much more than stop smoking ... next ... you know that you need to drink? but have you tried to not drink one day? try it! go and try to not drink anything one stupid day. yeah, one stupid day, and you will do it! at the evening, you will ask me, why? why you ask me, its that easy ... yeah, its easy and you need it from your birth, and do you need nicotine from your birth?
it is in your brain, but it is not about "i dont need to smoke anymore! ..." it is not about you are asking yourself "i dont need to smoke anymore!?! ... ???" ... it is not about "IK dont need to smoke anymore," ... today ... it is not about "i havent been smoking ..." ... but not about "i havent been smoking!" ... you just never smoked, you know!
now, here is the other way, much harder, better only for younger bodies ...
it is a know fact that nicotine is in your body only some time ... so, the hard time is the first hours or days ... yes it is, after about 72 hours your body is almost clean from the nicotine and then it is only about your brain ... and how to get throug this 72 hours hell? i know simple answer ...
wait for a cold evening and go and get a party with friends ... drink, drink much, smoke, smoke cigarettes, much cigarettes, but drink ... when the night is cold, go, get a shower and run in the garden ... tomorrow you will be sick, you cannot talk, you are totally out of control, it may be for another 48-72 hours ... now, you see the number? after three days of halucinations and asking "do i need to waste my body like that?" you will ask yourself "do i need to smoke after that?"
