In my experience its just content guys not bothering to check licenses from DVD scammers such as the old Jet multimedia

Not really my problem though, he may have a lot of clients out there with non valid licenses until this is settled

1. We are owed for what ever sales he has done
2. Content licenses are not valid until we get paid and can issue new ones
3. Content needs to be removed

And i would be VERY interested in seeing the signed license that he has from who ever supplied this.

This is what happens when people accept content without 2257 documents and only take an address of the Custodian without double checking it's right.

xxxcontentdirect.com was also selling some of our productions that is right.
and a few others.....all have removed it, none have paid a dime so their clients have been screwed as a result.

People should check their paperwork before just blindly launching content.

And getting our accounts settled as well, not many if any in our business would be willing to do that.

Ill be sending you a signed license effectively allowing you to keep all licenses sold active and in good standing.
From what i have seen i would recommend your business to anyone.

As i suspected someone else was behind this and actually had nothing to do with the business ethics of Lykos or adultsexcontent.
I have been gathering copyright infringement proof against those guys for a while now...this was another nail in their coffin.

And yes the post was a bit premature, but I?m sure a lot of people in here can sympathise with why i did this

Lykos is a good dude and I'm not just going through the "stand up guy" motions...I've done business with him before and he's always went above and beyond and been extremely professional. He's a rarity in this business, a content guy who's also a good businessman.

Am sorry,as i am usually here all the time,but i was on road trip and didn't have time for "drama" on GFY,however i had time to take care of this with Casper.
As he said,everything is settled down and taken care off.
This issue arose without our knowledge, despite the fact that we check all
studios it seems our check system failed in this case.Client licenses are our primary concern and we will do whatever steps necessary to protect the clients.This is the last thing our customer need at this already very hard time,they need to have trust in us as they did all the time.
