there support brief was responsible for the reversal fo the timeshifting in a cloud arguement in favor of cable vision.

unlike the torrent site owners, they can't be unilaterly misrepresented as thieves.

help im stuck in a cloud and i think god just timeshifterd me!

Anti-piracy group here did the same thing, but now they go for the uploaders instead. And get piracy sites blocked. If you can target and stop the top uploaders and source it will have bigger effect than going for all the small fish.

4. eff is trying to decouple the cases, so each person is accused on their own
5. allowing the different issues to be heard seperately (my wifi was hacked, wasn't me, was a bogus ip address falsely reported by the tracker, was a proxy spoof etc)
