Arizona Business Partner

I'm a webmaster, graphic designer and videographer. I also do photography. I posted in another post about looking for a company I can look into, but in the mean time I seeking a business partner to hook up with on some projects. I'm looking to do a few websites and DVD projects. If you're interested, hit me up.

Bump!!! After some searching I have a party that is interested in working along with me. They, along with myself have some questions. Wondering if anyone can help. I have searched and can not find a clear answer on these questions.

1. I am in Arizona. Is shooting porn legal in arizona? I see tons of ads for people shooting porn in AZ, but wondering what the legal issues are and where I can find info on this topic.

2. The investor asked an interesting question. What is the difference between porn and prostitution. They are worried about being charged with prostitution when we are only producing porn.

3. Where can I find releases and info to get started.

These are just a few questions for now, I am looking up as much information as possible to present to the investor. Thanks for your help.

Dasson,

You need to be asking those questions to lawyers, not anonymous website members.

Many companies -- including some very large ones -- operate there in AZ, but they do so after proper legal advice and by knowing the laws and such.

You need to learn local laws, federal laws, 18 USA 2257 and much more.

Best get a lawyer involved first thing.
