Just sent my 4th email today in a 2 week period.

That is incorrect. Payoneer has nothing to do with Chio's defunct PayAgent.

Yep i found that but i had to logout from my account to find it. :)
But always come to the Email support form instead of the live support.

Also,what i noticed,one bank in Prague uses payoneer instead issuing debit cars like all other banks do.

Payoneer is forcing to use the card for receiving money from associated sponsors and I had issues with them crediting my account with money my client sent me via Direct Deposit.
