Mainstream Affiliate Network + E-Cig
 

Never done mainstream before but dipping my feet into it building sites in different categories so an affiliate network would probably be the best solution in the beginning.

I see there are hundreds different networks and I know nothing about any of them, who do you recommend that pay out via paypal?

Any good E-Cig or stop smoking programs is needed as well.

Yeah I will give it a shot, just waiting to finish the first site its 80% finished But the program I have been using to build it is fucking me, costing me a couple of hours yesterday and another hour today.
Have to have a finished site to submit.
