Need info on the following programs, are they still paying?

I dont want to waste my time sending them a shitload of sales and then figuring out they wherent paying. Let me be clear, i DONT know if they are having problems or are good, thats why im asking:

serious-partners

Anyone having difficulties with them?
If not im going to give them a try today.
