No kidding, that would make any grown man cry over that loss.

I have to shoot a wedding for some friends at the end of the month and am a bit nervous about it, but I am sure it will go well.

Hey JFK: Tell us a funny/bad story that happened to you while shooting. Surely you must have some embarrassing moments after all these years?

querro 07-07-2010 03:01 PM

oh, damn...

Ethersync 07-07-2010 03:03 PM

The cameras might be gone, but the photos would still be there. I once washed my CF card and was still able get the photos off of it. The dude working the video camera could have given a heads up.

CIVMatt 07-07-2010 03:22 PM

As a wedding photographer I feel for him, I've never done anything like that but damn it's so easy.

Also jesus how many photos was he going to take? I almost don't think he was a real wedding photographer, maybe a "uncle" noway a pro would snap that many pictures at once, the post would be a nightmare

That's why the video is staged and a fake. The videographer would have stopped him or at least shouted out. Plus it looks like his flash is backwards to emphasise the "flashing shutterbug". No strobe recharges that quick and if so, rarely would a auto-focus work that fast as well.

yabate 07-07-2010 04:22 PM

I'm sorry for the camera :S
Pics are fine on memory card :)

Konkan 07-07-2010 04:59 PM

wow.....who builds that stupid fountain in the middle of the road.......fuuuuck

woj 07-07-2010 05:33 PM

Just to be clear... you think all these people got together, rented dresses and tuxedos, rented the church, and hired the photographers just to stage a guy falling in a fountain?

lol. :upsidedow

AdPatron 07-07-2010 07:30 PM

I'm sure the photos are safe, just take out the SD card.

EliteWebmaster 07-07-2010 07:39 PM

?! He's got a diffuser cover for the flash, it's pointing at the ceiling, not backwards.

Does if you have the right external battery pack

AI servo is able to track moving objects and/or slight changes in distance/focus.

scarlettcontent 07-08-2010 12:46 AM

Petra 07-08-2010 02:25 AM

Thankfully at my wedding venue there are no fountains...just a very steep flight of stairs the photographers can break their neck on.

Sarah_Jayne 07-08-2010 03:08 AM

Poor camera....not that bothered about the guy

Paul Markham 07-08-2010 05:57 AM
