James Cameron is the biggest manwhore around. He will release anything over and over again to make an extra few fucks. Just look at what he did with the Terminator 1/2 movies. They must be a million different "Editions" out there.

It's not the same, Editions are one thing, 3D after a regular movie is another thing. And even if you can theoretically apply this to all movies, not many had the impact of Titanic.
