What to do with submitted GF content?

I own a "submit your gf" domain/site and get about 10 submissions a day, many niches.

Many are a set of 10+ pics with a girls "nickname", submitters "nickname", a brief description on why they're submitting the pics (usually revenge, for ex: "HUGE whore. Loves to cjeat on every guy she has ever been with. "), and have a date timestamp on the photos (see blow) which leads me to believe they are legit and not copyright material.

Question is, does anyone buy this content? What can I do with it besides create my own site/paysite?

Start an exgf site man, you've got exclusive content!

andrej_NDC 07-09-2010 02:38 AM

You can jerk off to it, thats the only safe use.

Jack Sparrow 07-09-2010 03:30 AM

Totally depends on how they are submitted, and tos.

seeandsee 07-09-2010 04:46 AM

just pay them few bucks for full copyrights

rogueteens 07-09-2010 05:09 AM

just because they were submitted to you doesn't mean you have the ownership of them.

Paul Markham 07-09-2010 05:33 AM

Go see a lawyer and ask him what the penalties are for having pornographic images of underage people on your hard drive and publishing them.

Agent 488 07-09-2010 05:38 AM

update your tos and start a paysite.

MaDalton 07-09-2010 05:53 AM

without IDs and Modelreleases you can't do anything with it

Pretty sure I don't need a lawyer to know I don't want to land those penalties, which is why anything iffy is deleted.

What if I had the submitters send in an ID scan and a filled out release form with the pics? What kind of $$ could I get for the exclusive content?

camgirlshide 07-09-2010 05:49 PM

I'm wondering what you told the users to convince them to submit. Sounds like perhaps the entire truth wasn't mentioned to the users because if they knew you were posting on here asking what to do with the content I don't think you would be getting 10/day.

Why risk it?:2 cents:

mynameisjim 07-09-2010 07:48 PM

I'll be honest with you, the people that would buy that sort of iffy content don't actually bother paying for anything. :2 cents:

Lace 07-09-2010 08:41 PM

I hope you get locked up for underage content.

CamTraffic 07-09-2010 08:43 PM

"By submitting, you are giving us permission to publish your content in any way we see fit."

...........why? Because I am trying to collect legit user submitted content? What is the harm in that? There is a demand for places for people to submit these pics and they can easily be legally submitted and posted so what exactly am I doing wrong again?...

Supz 07-10-2010 05:52 PM

start a dating site.

rayadp05 07-10-2010 11:03 PM

If you are going to have adult content on your site (user submitted or not) - it is imperative that you are in possession of the proper documentation such as model releases and ID's. If you do not have this information on file, you are taking a huge risk on finding yourself involved in a lawsuit or even possibly being incarcerated.

What this guy just said. If you are not getting the ID's and proper 2257 documentation then you might as well just be going into the rest of those underage GF type sites and snagging all their content. :2 cents:

So, you will delete anything that's "Iffy"?:1orglaugh

Tell that one to Mr Federal Prosecutor, who by the way is trying to put you a way for a minimum mandatory of 10 years for dist. of CP of which your ass will be beaten and stabbed on the reg for being labeled a skinner, that you "Deleted the iffy ones".

And how do you know that the pics they submitted arn't just pics harvested off other sites? You are saying that if someone sends you a picture then you have the right to use it in any way you want? Whats your site? i'll send over some harvested playboy pics then you can make a site out of them!!!

icymelon 07-11-2010 01:26 AM

whats your site? I have some good pics I got off myspace I can submit also. I dont care what you do with them

Waiter 07-11-2010 05:38 AM

start promoting :)

rayadp05 07-11-2010 09:20 AM

And if you do not plan on using the content on your site but instead, you decide to sell it to another webmaster that is dumb enough to purchase it without ID's and model releases, you (the seller) are going to be the first person contacted by the buyer (and perhaps, even by law enforcement) once the shit hits the fan.

My suggestion would be for you to have the users attach a valid photo ID along with the model release to the submission form. Of course, another option is that you could purchase content from a reliable source and/or either shoot your own exclusive content.
