More to the point is your just a middle man that has no network. Even though softlayer is decent, if you don't pay your bills someones machine can get disconnected.

You can go directly to softlayer but you will not get the same price. We provide support 24/7 and our average response time is 5mins. Customers who prefer to manage their servers have full access to softlayer portal so they have access to remote reboot, kvm, etc.
