That's a helluva ratio for a cookie cutter looking tube site. How the hell are you pulling that off? Your tube site looks like a million other ones. No offense, I'm just saying. I don't see anything unique about it or even any signs that it gets any human attention from you in it's day to day running.

Its really old for a tube site it appears. Ton of bookmarkers, uploaders, members, etc.

Looks like a high quality tube even though its design isnt off the hook.

I was looking in the blog area and for a few weeks members have complained of timeouts while viewing the site and uploading. Probably just needs a bigger server, some seo, and a face lift and be good to go. Wish I had the 15k to buy it really.

My tube site is number one in google for big tit tube and has been almost since day one. Mine is Oct. of 08. I add every video clip by hand and write every description by hand (the reason it's number one). I don't make shit with it.

Pornhub, the biggest tube site in the world is an affiliate of mine. Millions of views on the promo clips I have there...they don't make shit.

But somehow, an average looking tube that is all spammed up with ads is making those kinds of ratios?

That just baffles me.

the site has some traffic, because it is a tube scraper site and people like the full length vids.

looks like his sole monetization is nasty, and he is upselling the hottest sites they have there. not rocket science why the guy gets a few sales really.

This pay period 50% less sales but i still cant complain. It has been great since after christmas RK mobile sells very well.

What you wrote is right and explains why my tube doesn't have huge traffic. I check it once or twice a week and only to delete videos that break the rules, no effort at all in pushing it in google or getting traffic from other sites (I know I should do the seo part but have no time or talent to do it) and default design that came with the script.

What you wrote however has nothing to do with conversion ratios. Specific niches work better than broad/general ones. big tits are big tits they are everywhere online for free in enourmous quantities. sites like daredorm offer a story/fantasy/etc that users are more willing to pay for. my site just targets this users and then upsells these sites.

I agree about daredorm...BUT I promote the shit out of that too on my tgps and don't see anywhere near those kinds of sales. I'm happy for ya. But you may have the only tubesite that makes those kind of sales in the world. And after working as an affiliate since the mid 1990's...a generic looking tube site making any sales is a mystery to me!

I would say "keep up the good work", but it looks like you pretty much don't have to work to make a fortune with your tube. :)

And those 1,328 are all from people clicking the tour links on their hosted galleries. So I'm doing my job and sending REAL people who intend to click the link to them. No pop ups, no bullshit. But then their tour is unable to convert any of them. :(

I used to do 50+ signups a day with Nasty Dollars back when they first started. The early part of the decade I made a fortune with/for them. But the last 3 years have been nothing.

Am I missing something here or isn't he talking about ~1 sale per day on average? Sounds like he is pulling 50 a day from your post :winkwink:

Actually, that is mostly blog traffic.

My tube traffic averages 1:500-1:700 on average with sponsors (some much better, some much worse).

I was only promoting Dare Dorm for awhile on a blog and have a few good keywords. I only recently started promoting Dick Dorm but only have a handful of videos up on tubes plus banners.

That ratio I posted includes a smallish banner campaign test buy I did on <500 Alexa site where I ended up breaking even.

And as someone commented, no not 50 sales a day to Nasty Dollars.

Yeah, I'd love to make one sale a day these days with any of the programs I promote. :(

Robbie, you should get me on ICQ and ask me to look at your sites and adjust your ads... I have a feeling you are in the same league with ND and don't know it. By that I mean they won't make changes because what they are doing makes money so why fix it if it ain't broken.. Well, because, ND, broken is a subjective word and how you perceive things might change over time. Mainly when the vast majority thinks you are a quack and you finally feel the need to self reflect and have an epiphany... Maybe .mpg's are better than .mov... maybe $2 million a month IS better than $1 million...

But I think your problem stems from a similar mode of thinking that is old guard ways and not necessarily 100% how they got where they are... but you both somehow ended up at the same place.

Problem is...I'm not doing any ads with them other than the occasional blog. All the traffic I send them is from their own hosted galleries. So the surfers ARE clicking the links out of the hosted gallery to the tour. And then...they aren't buying a membership.
So when I send traffic to the gallery, the gallery sends traffic to the paysite...but the sale still doesn't happen? I THINK that means I did my job.

I'm unaware that you or I can possibly tweak anything once the surfer goes to their tour and even clicks the join page but still doesn't buy a membership. :(

My best guess (based on my own experiences over many years) would be that the reason for that is because they already know where to go to download it all for free.

I have been under the feeling that surfers are now using freesites and even paysite tours as a way to check around for what they want to hunt down for free next.

In other words if they go to a hosted gallery or a paysite tour and see a brand new Sunny Leone scene that they've never seen before ...now they can go to rapidshare and type in the keywords for that scene. For instance if it's Sunny doing an anal scene while wearing a pair of glasses.

In other words I believe that surfers are now using us for info only.

i don't send traffic to galleries anymore just tours. it has improved my sales a bit robbie.

by the way nastydollars daredorm and moneytalks is what sells for me. even though i send most traffic to 8thstreetlatinas since most my sites in the latin niche they do like 1:3000+ for me but i do 1:300 or less with money talks or daredorm.

ND pissed me off when they wouldn't switch my payouts to epassporte after I moved to Costa Rica, even though they offered it as an option to other affiliates. I kind of boycotted them after that... Now after seeing Daredorm I wonder if I've missed out.

Last period was great, this period sucky. But the shit converts and updates an they pay on time, all you can ask for.

1:200 with nastydollars really means 1:2000. NOT saying they shave. Just that when I send traffic to them it seems they have a way lower count than I do.
