I know, this is barely any traffic, but we made the site active, have been tweaking it and (much to our amazement) the joins just started rolling in!!

We've done some different things that you don't really see on other network sites. We've abandoned the trailer format and have moved towards a more "tube" style - we just show the surfer 10% - 20% of the video. They have to pay to see the rest.

We have also rigged the site up to deeplink the network site, as opposed to promoting Big Butt Brazilian Moms you can deeplink the Lords Of Porn network:

That's just the dates the content was all imported from the database. We can make that look a little cleaner, I agree.

i think those are really long ass trailers... and way too much free videos on the tours.

I would normally say the same thing, but they are currently out converting the shit out of all of our tours with the short trailers.

Bump for you, and good luck. No one here wants to hear about some newcomer sites converting greatly. They'd rather bump these $200 PPS threads for sponsors shaving all their signups to their shitty converting over-designed sites hoping to win $50 for their 50th reply. Blame the tubes!!

We are doing 10-15 sales a day on most programs we have on rotation in our adzones on oneclicktube.com and i dont hear any complaints from the sponsors we promote ;)

If you allow affiliates to link directly to the movie pages as if they were free hosted galleries this will work really good for you. I'm experimenting with the same method as you are on a site of mine using the first 5 minutes of each scene.
