Epoch is hard to get a hold of...
 
You click their banner on gfy, and read about all of their features and get bounced around to 4 different numbers.


800 893 8871(dial the 310 # instead to reach the dept)
310 827 5880(this number tells you to call this next number)

310 664 9798(number had been changed to next number)

310 827 9939(same thing as dialing the 800# except after waiting for 30 rings, I get no answer.

for tech support which is 24/7/365, the menu tells you to dial 1-800-893-8871 for customer service for cardholders which is also 24/7/365

Their stats have the same "features" like they had in 1998. I think they have the most simple stats of all billers around. Ok lets say something +, they always pay on time.

Sorry about the reports freeones, we have been focusing on making more money rather than reporting it.

I will have someone in tech change the default date, we are releasing a huge new product at Internext on Monday so tech is a little bit distracted with the launch.

Clay I see your point, but with better stats webmasters wil lbe able to make more money too. If you show them where referer signups came from then they will be able to send more target traffic, by placing links on the right pages. This is just one example. I recently had a deal with a respectable company and they didn;t had any stats for me to watch. All I could do is asking them by mail how many signups I had. It was pretty much a nightmare and won't do it ever again this way, no matter which company it is.

I understand your point 100% but most of the companies that we process for use their own reporting and stats systems for affiliates which is fed by data from our systems.

I know the reseller reporting is not up to par on our systems and it will be redone soon. However once you see what we are releasing on Monday you will completely understand why we haven't spent the tech time to update reseller stats yet.

This new product is so functional it will change the way that most people do business in this industry. By far this willl be our biggest product release to date.

I've had good luck contacting epoch tech guys, even after hours.

they're the easiest CC processor to setup the cross-sell with by far...

i'll be interested to see the upcoming release!
