Many injuries occur in the gym that could be avoided by training at home.

i am always afraid of someone doing that at my gym... people are crazy..

Isn't 24 hour fitness some horrible place where you get kicked out if you grunt while lifting weights? I can see kicking out a super bro who grunts while he does bicep curls for an hour, but a guy who's squatting 300 pounds is going to grunt.

crazy shit, I saw that this morning. I was wondering what was going on over there.

So many cops and ambulance, I thought it was a shooting.

My aunt many years ago worked in a nail salon. A car came thru the front window and missed her by about 12 inches.
