don't need Vegas or Premiere - all i need to do is crop/resize videos and convert to FLV. any suggestions?

thanks for the other suggestions, i'm not enough of a techie to use ffmpeg, i've seen some really shitty encoding using ffmpeg and read forum posts - u need to know what you're doing to get good results.
